SG10 type H-class insulated dry-type power transformer has strong ability to withstand thermal shock, large overload capacity, flame retardant, high fire resistance, low loss, small partial discharge, low noise, does not produce harmful gases, does not pollute the environment, and is sensitive to humidity, Insensitive to dust, small in size, non-cracking, and easy to maintain. Therefore, it is most suitable for use in harsh environments with high fire protection requirements, large load fluctuations, and dirty and humid environments. iron core
The iron core is made of imported grain-oriented high-quality high-magnetic-permeability silicon steel sheets stacked together. The 45° fully oblique joint structure and elastic fixing devices between the winding cores enable the transformer to have lower no-load loss and noise.
The surface of the iron core is treated with a special process, which not only reduces the noise of the transformer but also prevents the iron core from rusting during operation of the transformer.
The iron core is moderately clamped by pull screws without punching holes. The upper and lower clamps are connected by pull plates and fixed to the base. The windings are fixed by elastic pads. The buffer structure can reduce the vibration of the windings and reduce noise.
High and low voltage coils
The high and low voltage coils are made of Nomex® insulation material, which has been impregnated with solvent-free impregnating paint through VPI vacuum pressure equipment for multiple times, and baked and cured at high temperatures multiple times. The high-voltage coil adopts a continuous structure with high mechanical strength and good heat dissipation conditions, which avoids the shortcomings of multi-layer cylindrical coils such as high interlayer voltage, poor heat dissipation ability, easy thermal breakdown, and low mechanical strength, thereby improving the operation efficiency of the product. Reliability; low-voltage coil adopts foil type or longitudinal air channel high current spiral structure. The impregnated coil has excellent moisture-proof performance, can withstand impacts, never cracks, and has no partial discharge. It is easy to disperse and recycle after its service life, protecting the environment.
Lead wire
The high-voltage outlet terminal is fixed on the upper part of the winding, and the tap is in the middle of the winding. When the power is off, the tap is changed through the connecting piece to adjust the output voltage. The low-voltage outlet terminal is a plate-type conductive bar, which is reliably connected to the lead-out bar through bolts.

When the temperature in the low-voltage winding changes, the temperature-sensitive digital display displays a new temperature value, and performs control and alarm functions based on this temperature value to protect the transformer.
