Product structure
Compared with traditional stacked iron cores, whether the iron core is stacked with direct ground seams or diagonal seams, there must be seams. The seams of the silicon steel sheets form air gaps in the magnetic circuit, so the seams are There is a magnetic flux saturation zone with high magnetic resistance, where energy loss is concentrated. If there are no seams in the core, there will be no high energy consumption areas, and the high magnetic permeability characteristics of high-quality core materials can be fully utilized.
Power transformers use wound iron cores, and their continuous winding without seams can greatly improve the magnetic circuit properties of the transformer.
The U.S. DuPont NOMEX insulation material winding technology is used in the coil insulation structure, which improves the products insulation heat resistance to H level and reduces combustibles by 80%.
The low voltage coil adopts foil coil construction.
The high-voltage coil adopts a cake-type coil structure. Since it is wound with NOMEX paper-wrapped copper wire, the space between the cakes is fully supported by polymer composite gaskets.
The foil-type low-voltage coil and the pie-type high-voltage coil cooperate with each other, and the leakage reactance at the end of the winding is small, which improves the short-circuit resistance of the transformer.
The high and low voltage coils are made of NOMEX insulation material and polymer composite materials, which can maintain high electrical performance regardless of humid conditions or high temperature conditions.
Features
The three-phase current is basically balanced, which reduces the active power loss caused by the unbalanced three-phase current of the power grid during operation.
The iron core has no seams, and through annealing treatment, the no-load loss and no-load current are significantly reduced compared to the laminated iron core. They are reduced by 30-40% and 80% respectively compared with the same period of SCB9, achieving the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
The iron core is seamless, and the noise of the transformer is greatly reduced, 10dB lower than the traditional one, and the noise is below 50dB.
The high-voltage coil adopts a pie coil structure, wound by DuPont paper-wrapped copper wire, and supported by high-frequency composite materials to minimize partial discharge.
The foil-type low-voltage coil and the pie-type high-voltage coil are the best combination. The leakage reactance at the end of the winding is small. At the same time, the coil support and compression device is evenly distributed, so the transformer has strong short-circuit resistance.
The materials used in this product are heat-resistant and flame-retardant, especially insulation materials, which have been used in the aviation industry. This product has good high temperature resistance and fire resistance, and will not release toxic or corrosive substances even at high temperatures of 800°C.
The unique craftsmanship of the composite coil core, the perfect combination of technology and tradition, is developed based on the experience of successful operation of traditional transformers, which improves the ventilation effect of the transformer itself and achieves better heat dissipation. Therefore, the service life of the product is extended, the overload capacity is improved accordingly, and it can operate safely for a long time under 120% overload condition.
